Clients will be invoiced the total units prepped plus any additional fees bi weekly. We will keep your credit card on file and automatically run the payments each cycle. If the client does not want to be automatically billed, we will need to be notified.

The billing cycle will be on the 16th and last day of the month for shipments of the units that left our warehouse at that time. You will find those items in the completed tab in your spreadsheet.

Exceptions to billing policies can be made per client and Oregon Prep Center’s agreement at any time.

Invoices will have a 7 day grace period to be paid if not automatically charged. If you surpass the 7 days, OregonPrep Tax Free, Oregon Prep Center will not prep your shipments until your invoices are caught up.

Invoices over 30-days past due will accrue late payment fee of 1.5% per month. Oregon Prep Center shall have a lien on the Goods tendered by Client and upon any and all property belonging to Client in Oregon Prep Center’s possession, custody or control forall charges, advances or amounts of any kind due to Oregon Prep Center under this Warehouse Receipt or under any prior or subsequent invoices issued to Client by Oregon Prep Center (including charges for prep, processing, storage, handling, shipping, transportation, labor, and any other charges incurred).

Oregon Prep Center shall have a lien on the Goods and may refuse to surrenderpossession of the Goods until all charges or debts are paid in full. If such amounts remain unpaid for 30 days after Oregon Prep Center demand for payment, Oregon Prep Center may sell the Goods at public auction or private sale or in any other manner reasonable, and shall apply the proceeds of such sale to the amounts owed. Client remains responsible for any deficiency outstanding to Oregon Prep Center.

Pallets: Oregon Prep Center accepts palletized shipments. Oregon Prep Center must be notified in advance for all pallet shipments
