Clients will be invoiced the total units prepped plus any additional fees on a weekly basis

Exceptions to billing policies can be made per client and Oregon Prep Center’s agreement at any time.

Invoices will have a 7-day grace period to be paid if not automatically charged. If the grace period is surpassed, Oregon Prep Center will not prep your shipments until your invoices are caught up.

Invoices over 30-days past due will accrue late payment fee of 1.5% per month. Oregon Prep Center shall have a lien on the Goods tendered by Client and upon any and all property belonging to Client in Oregon Prep Center’s possession, custody or control for all charges, advances or amounts of any kind due to Oregon Prep Center under this Warehouse Receipt or under any prior or subsequent invoices issued to Client by Oregon Prep Center (including charges for prep, processing, storage, handling, shipping, transportation, labor, and any other charges incurred).

Oregon Prep Center shall have a lien on the Goods and may refuse to surrender possession of the Goods until all charges or debts are paid in full. If such amounts remain unpaid for 30 days, Oregon Prep Center may dispose of the items. Client remains responsible for any deficiency outstanding to Oregon Prep Center.

Oregon Prep Center must be notified at least 5 business days in advance for all pallet deliveries and shipments
