Yes, Oregon Prep Center is open 7 days a week. However, carrier pick-ups take place on Monday - Friday only.
We invoice our clients upon completion of prep services
When you purchase inventory online and ship it to our Oregon facility, you avoid paying sales tax, unlike most other U.S. states. The savings from Oregon’s 0% sales tax can offset or even exceed the cost of outsourcing your inventory prep, helping you preserve cash flow, save time, and scale faster.
For example, with the average combined state and local sales tax rate around 8% as of July 2025, a $25 item would typically incur about $2.00 in sales tax elsewhere. By comparison, our prep-service rates are often lower than that amount, meaning your total cost per unit can be less than what you’d otherwise pay in sales tax alone.
Our turnaround time for receiving, prepping and shipping units is typically within 24-72 business hours.
For OA services, we communicate with our clients to send a shipment when there are enough items for it to be cost effective for you.
Yes, we work with International Sellers, especially if goods are purchased within the U.S. and shipping them to our prep center in Oregon. We also accept international shipments delivered to our facility. Please note that we do not currently broker or handle import/export documentation. All payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.
